Good, but not without flaws!

LH very kindly sent me this product in exchange for my honest review, thank you!
The bullet is packaged very simply, in a plastic casing with a cardboard insert. Thankfully the plastic casing is easy to open (it just prizes apart) and is not the type of vacuum-sealed plastic that you need to resort to the use of a chainsaw, at the risk of losing a hand!
The cardboard insert isn't hugely detailed, simply stating basic product information such as 'phthalate free' and 'multifunction controller'. It also shows a catchy tagline: "Will 7 Wonders Never Cease". Seeing this, I very much hoped that it would live up to expectations!
On removing the product from the packaging you notice that the bullet and controller sections are separate, but very easy to connect via what is essentially a headphone jack. I'm not entirely sure of the reasoning behind the two sections being separate since there appears to be no real benefit to this, unless at some point other wired bullets that are compatible with the controller become available. At this moment however, the jack seems to be completely superfluous.
The wire connecting the two pieces is fairly generous at 33 inches (84cm) and it is plenty long enough for you to have the bullet against your clitoris (or inserted), and for you or your partner to hold the control unit comfortably.
The bullet is a nice length at 3.2 inches (8.5cm) and it means that it is 'just' about the right length to achieve fairly decent g-spot stimulation. The diameter of the bullet (4cm/1.5 inches) makes this a brilliant product for anyone new to toys (or intercourse of any type!) as it would be nice and easy to insert and doesn't look intimidating in the slightest!
The control unit is a nice size and fits into the hand comfortably. The unit has only one button, which both powers the bullet on and off, and also cycles through the 7 available patterns. To turn the bullet on, you press the lower part of the button and to cycle through the various patterns you press the upper part of the button. You continue to press this until you find a pattern that suits you. Turning it off is the same as turning it on, just another press of the lower part of the button.
One of the first things that I noticed about this bullet is that the control unit unfortunately feels very cheap and plasticky (which I suppose would be expected it being ABS and all). When I turned the bullet on I was somewhat surprised to find that it packs a decent amount of power, though for that it really is quite loud (especially on the most powerful setting). On the lower power settings, I believe that you would be okay if you had some background noise such as the TV. However, on the higher settings, unless you are using the bullet internally, it can easily be heard outside the room.
I did find that the power is great for clitoral stimulation and the second power setting brought me to orgasm quite quickly. One of the things that disappointed me with this bullet is that it does not have a memory, it doesn't remember what setting you last had it on when you turn it back on. This isn't a huge issue as such, it just means you have to cycle through each setting to find your preferred one every time you use the bullet.
For G-spot stimulation, the highest power setting comes in very handy (though as previously discussed, it might not be best to use this one if there are others in the next room!). The size and diameter of the bullet make it quite easy to achieve good, pinpoint stimulation and the ABS plastic means that you can also be quite firm (which is often necessary for g-spot stimulation).
Overall it makes for pretty good G-spot sensations, though it obviously isn't as effective as toys designed specifically for the G-spot.
Overall I think that this is a fairly good little bullet, though it is not without its flaws! If you can look past the slightly cheapy feel of the controller and the noise on higher settings, then I think you'll be really pleased with this!
I'm not convinced that it would appeal to some of the more experienced toy users (again because of the flaws), but for those less experienced I think that it would be great! It's definitely a product that I would recommend to those looking for a first foray into toys, given its non-intimidating look and feel.
I think that it is actually pretty good value for what it costs, given that it is both quite versatile (in terms of clitoral and G-spot use), and it packs decent power. The higher power settings quite easily match some of my other, non-wired, more expensive bullets.
- Good power and versatile (can use externally or internally). Connecting wire is a good length.
- Is quite loud on higher settings. Control unit feels cheap.
- Bottom line
- A good little bullet, but has its drawbacks. Would be great for beginners to toys.
