    1. Lots of ideas

      Reviewed: 03 December 2015 by NatandTom, a Straight Going Steady Female

      We received these cards to test in exchange for our honest review. Thank you, Cazz!

      My partner and I have a tendency to use the same five or six positions, as we are still in a fairly new relationship and neither of us had much experience prior to each other. We are using the same few that really work for us, and we mostly experiment with our foreplay. My partner is fine using the same few positions as he’s easily pleased, but I knew there’s more out there that we could try and that would work. He’s sometimes sceptical of how certain positions would work for us due to our rather large height difference. There's over a foot between us so can make certain positions a little harder. So when I heard about these cards I jumped at the chance to try them with hopes I could find some new positions for us.

      The packaging for the cards is lovely, the same design of black and pink that the toys from this range arrive in. It’s quite a sturdy case and lifts upwards at the top revealing a pink inner box and 50 plastic wrapped cards. There are ten different scenarios to choose from with five positions for each. All the cards are colour coded and come with full instructions. I was so pleased to discover there is a ‘we’re different sizes’ category and these were the first cards I went through.

      I was pleased to discover that the pictures on the cards are tasteful rather than tacky and show the position well without being too explicit. Each card has three sections: How, Why, and Try. The How section has a few lines informing you the best way to get into the position. The Why explains why this position is good for the scenario it’s categorised under. And the try gives an extra tip or two to improve the position further.

      I have ordered these cards by my favourite categories and I have a feeling a few categories will be rotated regularly. My favourite position from the cards was actually the first card I read through, ‘Tinkerbell’, and I can’t wait to try this out with my partner the next time I see him.

      The remaining scenarios are: (1) give her a clitoral orgasm, (2) give her a g-spot orgasm, (3) make him last longer, (4) make him orgasm faster, (5) we want a challenge, (6) we want a quickie, (7) he's on the big side, (8) he's on the small side and (9) she wants to feel tighter.

      I feel this covers most scenarios in a male/female relationship, but these cards are not suitable for gay couples. I would love to see Tracey Cox bring out a version to include these couples as everybody could do with some ideas to keep things fresh and exciting.

      The only cards that we won't find use from are the 'he's on the small side' and 'make him last longer' categories as we have no issues in those areas but the other 40 are manageable and things we could try over time.

      Overall, I found these cards to be really helpful and they have given me lots of fabulous and manageable ideas to try with my partner. I’m impressed with the colour coding system as it makes finding the category you want quick and easy. I’m further impressed by the quality of the cards as they are in no way flimsy and they don’t feel as though they’ll tear. I feel any straight couple could benefit from these cards no matter what their sexual experience level is as there’s something for all types of straight couples.

    1. Which position next?

      Reviewed: 01 December 2015 by Fun Louise, a Straight Engaged Female

      The Tracey Cox hot sex deck, was delivered in a plain brown padded envelope. Inside, the cards are presented in a plastic-wrapped hard box. The box bears the Tracey Cox name and the close-up picture of a couple in tasteful shades of grey. The box also states "50 hot positions" so you know how many cards you're getting.

      Once the plastic wrap is removed, the hard case opens by removing the lid, this reveals a pink inner box and the plastic-wrapped cards. The cards are a good size at 3.75" wide and 5" long. Each card is wax or plastic coated, making it wipeable.

      The cards are split into categories, ten in total, each category consisting of five cards. The categories are:

      * We're different sizes, (referring to height or weight differences between partners, not general dimensions).

      * We want a quickie,

      * He's on the small side,

      * Make him orgasm faster,

      * She wants to feel tighter,

      * Make him last longer,

      * Give her a clitoral orgasm,

      * He's on the big side,

      * Give her a G-spot orgasm, and

      * We want a challenge.

      Each card has a photograph-style picture of the position, and three sub sections of guidance for the position. These being How? Why? And Try.

      I have been with my OH for many years now and it's easy to find yourself having sex in your few favourite positions all the time. These cards allowed us to try a few new positions, with the confidence of knowing how and why the position works for each party. I have taken to leaving a card on my pillow when I leave for work in the morning, hoping to come home to a fun new position, and of course guaranteed sex.

      My two new favourites are "The Pump" (from the Make him orgasm faster category), and "Sexy Yoga" (from the He's on the big side category).

      For me, the cards have mastered what the Kama Sutra failed at, fun new positions to try, with enough explanation on how to achieve the position. Also, unlike the Kama Sutra, almost all the positions are achievable by average people, you don't need to be a gymnast to do them.

      These cards would be perfect for a couple who have become stuck in a sexual rut, so to speak, or a new couple looking to experiment. It might be obvious, but I feel the need to point out that these cards are designed for one male and one female partner. There are no male only or female only cards or positions. Maybe Tracey Cox will bring out a deck of similar cards for same sex couples in the future?

      An easy and inexpensive way to broaden the range of sexual positions that you enjoy.

    2. Overall Rating:
      9 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      Simple to follow, clear tasteful position photos, quality cards and box.
      Cons
      Nothing. Could maybe make a set for same sex couples.
      Bottom line
      An easy and inexpensive way to broaden the range of sexual positions that you enjoy.

    1. Presently surprised

      Reviewed: 05 February 2016 by JH Couple

      I bought these after they come up in the sale list when I was browsing through. I thought it would be a good way to add some variety to the bedroom.

      The cards are very good quality. These cards were bigger than I realised when buying, a bit larger than normal playing cards but not too big by any means. The pictures are not sleazy just a couple having fun. The descriptions help with the steps to get into the more challenging positions.

      All in all I found this set of cards a great purchase and I look forward to using them again.

    2. Overall Rating:
      8 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      Helpful cards.
      Cons
      A couple of positions are repeated.
      Bottom line
      Very good set to add a bit of spice
