    1. A must-purchase for those with lesser control

Reviewed: 11 January 2018 by Dirty, a Bisexual Single Female

I purchased this after reading the reviews and many years of wishing I was again a virgin just to have the feel in of control over my now somewhat talking vagina. Four kids and numerous fistings had left me deflated in more ways than one.

So the shiny new package arrived and off I trotted for an early night armed with some good old lube and a packet of baby wipes, thinking how is this tiny thing going to help me when it looks like it will just help itself get lost up there

A week later and wow, I can clench and feel it now this is a miracle I kid you not. I read reviews and think no chance. Well, ladies, there is hope in this I honestly can't wait to see how it feels after a month. Teenage virgins move over, the over forty club is about to take over with the new age vagina crusher.

    1. So glad I went ahead with this purchase

Reviewed: 29 December 2017 by Leighzamarrie, a Straight Married Female

I have thought about purchasing this kind of device for a long time but wasn't sure about the way it works and the price. I have instead relied on various weight type devices and other manual items. The fact that I am still having issues more than 10 years later shows how well they worked.

I have been using the TensCare for four weeks now and am truly shocked by how quickly I began to notice a difference. I am still using liners daily but I don't panic when I need to sneeze as I can actually tell now that I am holding the right muscles to prevent a leak. This, of course, has the added benefit that I can find my pelvic floor muscles at "other" times as well, woo hoo!

The little machine is very easy to use, put the batteries in (I've used it every day and am still on the first set) plug the leads in and off you go. The probe is about what I was expecting size wise, although maybe a different shape as it is fairly short but wide. Lube is definitely required to ensure the current/connection is smooth and it does take a little getting used to the feeling once everything is working. I find it is better to insert the probe to the little collar with an upwards direction (tip facing my pubic bone) so that the sensation is my muscles squeezing rather than receiving an electric shock (this has never been painful but is definitely uncomfortable if the probe isn't correctly placed or the setting is too high).

I am expecting the improvements to continue and am really looking forward to the thought of wearing lacy drawers again!

I cannot fault this product and am so glad I made the jump, I did compare other products and prices and went with this one as I have used Lovehoney previously and trust the company to provide good products.

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Simple to use, I can feel it working.
      Cons
      Nothing.
      Bottom line
This little machine has given me control over a very important part of my body.

    1. Does the job with an interesting side effect

Reviewed: 18 May 2017 by Aphrodite2011, a Straight Going Steady Female

I have had the TensCare Sure Pelvic floor exerciser for almost a month now. I might as well get straight to the point.. For me this works I mean it REALLY works and I didn't expect it to. I have had some embarrassing problems.

I would get a very strong and urgent feeling of needing to empty my bladder caused by having a very sensitive bladder. I am not young or old, but I don't think these are problems I should be facing in my late 50s even if I have had two children.

I use this every day, 40 minutes on the "urge" setting. I just make time or the problem returns sadly. There is also a "tone" setting, which is great and helps me to keep heavy small Kegels in for longer, which is great and great for a better sex life. There is also a "stress" setting, which is very popular.

If you are reading this and have a strong bladder and great intercourse move on as it will not help you. If you have weak bladder muscles, put this in your basket it will help a lot and sex will feel better. If I have used the urge setting for 40 minutes in the last 24 hours I will easily half how many times I need to go to the loo.

Two AA batteries were with it and they lasted nearly three weeks. I find that this product works best lying on my back, and water-based lube (I use liquid silk) is essential because of the electronic contacts.

Sadly you can not use this if you are pregnant or have an allergy to nickel or have had cancer in the pelvic floor area.

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Life changing, non-gimmicky pelvic floor exerciser. I wish I had bought one sooner.
      Cons
The wires seem flimsy so be careful. Keeping my fingers crossed they don't break.
      Bottom line
The best product I have ever had. It is an essential item.
