    1. Wow

Reviewed: 17 January 2017 by Stu1983, a Straight Married Male

I ordered this toy as a surprise for my wife and wow.

During a session of me pleasuring my wife we put the Womanizer to the test and after about 30 seconds and getting to the third setting she was cumming.

Not like any other toy we have tried, definitely a keeper.

Must-have toy for solo or open couples.

    1. Little Purple Weirdo

Reviewed: 22 July 2016 by Spoonerism, a Bisexual Engaged Female

Honestly, I've thought long and hard about it and I still don't understand how this bizarre little toy works. It just does. I call it the weird, purple mini-blowjob machine. And I kind of love it.

The Womanizer (or as it shall be known henceforth in this review as I despise the name so much, the W500) comes sleekly packaged in a thick branded cardboard box which is perfectly inoffensive (aside from the goddamn name!). Inside you get the toy itself nestled in a plastic tray, underneath which lies a USB charger cable with European adaptor (no use to me in the UK), a replacement silicone head (which is actually the larger size, more on that later), a branded storage bag and lengthy instruction manual in many different languages.

My W500 arrived completely uncharged so the first job was to get it plugged in. While charging, the head of the W500 flashes and once fully charged, which took mine a couple of hours, it stays constantly lit up. The little flap which hides the charging port is a little fiddly to get to go and stay back in position protecting the port but it is vital as the toy is not waterproof and you don't want water and other fluids getting into the electrics.

The Womanizer (last time I'm saying it) brand is notorious for its garish designs. I was sent the W500 as a review sample and the lavender would not usually be my first choice but it's actually quite acceptable in the flesh. I even don't mind the weird lace pattern on the black bit, though if I had bought one I would probably have gone with the black skull one, haha! The power button is apparently a genuine Swarovski rhinestone which is just extravagantly daft and not to everyone's tastes. Even dafter yet is the damn thing isn't even smooth, it's pointed which makes it a little awkward and sometimes painful to operate. I find the buttons are all in intuitive positions and have no further issues operating the toy.

When I first switched the W500 on I was completely bewildered. This toy had been on my radar for a while with a lot of well-respected reviewers raving about it, but reading reviews still couldn't prepare me for quite how bizarre this little toy is. The sound it makes is a kind of low gurgling and on its first setting it looks like it isn't doing anything at all. However, holding it to my hand it feels like the toy is blowing tiny puffs of air, but then holding it pressed into the palm of my hand it feels like pulsating suction?! It's witchcraft.

Once I developed a technique for using the W500, the orgasms have been phenomenal. I love suction on my clitoris and that's kind of what the W500 feels like, but not. I find it difficult to describe the sensation but trust me, it's good. The manual says that you need to form a seal over your clit then just let the toy do its thing. I agree with the former - using a tiny blob of lube makes it more comfortable and enhances the seal, but disagree that keeping the toy stationary is the correct way to go. This did nothing for me, even on high settings and I was initially really disappointed. Instead, I find moving the W500 around in tiny circles without breaking the seal or bobbing it up and down (teeny blowjob style, my personal favourite!) much more pleasurable. As I previously mentioned, you get two different sized heads with the toy. I personally think the larger of the two is easier to position (regardless of clit size) and wish I'd started off with this one while getting to grips with the toy. It is the one I tend to use most often and I find it a little gentler on my delicate skin.

As I already said, the orgasms the toy eventually produces are long lasting, intense, proper leg-tremblers, second perhaps only to my Eroscillator which I find easier to handle. I can't say much more than that on the subject, to me it just feels awesome. Bonus - it's great on nipples too!

The battery also seems to last forever. I've lost count how many times I've used mine and I also accidentally left it turned on at its lowest setting (which is quiet, though it gets quite loud on the higher settings) and went out for a while but it still hasn't died yet.

One thing that holds me back raving about this toy is the price tag. For what it is, it really seems a bit dear and I don't think I'd consider purchasing it at full price. Brutal honesty there.

One little aside - while I am not a trans man on hormones, I have a couple of pals who are who say this style of toy looks and sounds like it would work amazingly on their testosterone-enlarged clits. Just something for y'all trans folk to bear in mind.

Overall, I'm really impressed with this toy and recommend those who enjoy clit suction, and can afford it, of course, give it a try. Like me, you might have been missing out on something awesome!

Amazing, incredible, out of this world orgasms. That's what it's all about.
Pricey. A bit ugly but it's not too bad really, I'm nit-picking.
      Bottom line
      Weird yet wonderful.
