    1. The happy ending

Reviewed: 04 September 2015 by PirateQueen, a Bisexual Engaged Female

This is definitely a happy ending. And they deserve it, Ana and Christian. It's odd, but to me, this book is a lot darker than the first two... possibly because it features a lot of growling and fighting, and I hate growling and fighting.

I do love the two of them having found the life they want in the end, which includes all the kinky play they desire, when they desire it and in the way they like, unencumbered by issues... a good reminder to all that people with families can still have raunchy and happy sex life!

      Pros
      The plot and the ending
      Cons
      Dark... but then, that's personal
      Bottom line
      A brilliant finale

    1. A must-read

Reviewed: 23 December 2014 by freaky Lill, a Straight Engaged Female

After reading the first two Fifty Shades books, I was eager to see how the story ended and the author did not let me down!

I was gripped this book. It made me laugh and cry, and feel all warm and fuzzy inside (as well as making me a randy mare).

Certain parts of the book had me tense and on the edge of my seat. I'll admit it that I have read the trilogy more than once. :D

      Pros
The story was well thought out and well written.
      Cons
It felt slightly rushed at the end.

      Loved it!

    1. Don't want the story to end

Reviewed: 04 November 2014 by kittybelle, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

Like every good novel, you don't want the story to end. You just want to know how their lives go on and what happens next.

With such a gripping story, it's also often difficult to have a good ending, so I will give props to EL James for giving it a conclusive, happy ending. The third book is a little more wild than the first two (not in the erotic sense), but it drives the story more than it takes away. It is more light hearted than the second novel, which was a bit heavy at points.

As like the first two, it is a great read and I couldn't put it down until I was done. An enticing, provocative, and seductive series overall.

    2. Overall Rating
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Well written, easy to read, sensual.
      Cons
Wish it didn't have to end!
      Bottom line
Read the whole series, you will enjoy it!

    1. All over? Nooooo

Reviewed: 19 August 2014 by pinkanimal, a Straight Married Female

This is the last book in the trilogy and I was most upset to get to the end and realise there was going to be no more Christian Grey!

Like the second one, I read it in 2 days or less, eager to read more, and never putting it down!

Most of this book is dedicated to their honeymoon. I only felt very cheated that there wasn't much written about their wedding!

My favourite part of this is the end part when you realise they did manage to have their happy ever after.

Like the other two it changed my life and after this ended I went off and discovered more books!

I still often read all three books and I cannot wait to see the film next year!

    2. Overall Rating
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
The end part, their happy ending.
      Cons
The fact that it was the end of the trilogy!
      Bottom line
      Great ending book.

    1. I didn't want it to end

Reviewed: 03 May 2014 by KittaBee, a Straight Going Steady Female

The final instalment was just as juicy and hot as the other 2!

It's so descriptive that it sparks off your own imagination and you want to try out the scenes in the book with your partner!

Not recommended for those who don't like male domination. But for those who do love male dominated kinky sex, it's perfect!

    2. Overall Rating
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Tied up the story well, without taking away the hot raunchy sex scenes.
      Cons
I loved it so much that I didn't want it to end!
      Bottom line
Can be enjoyed as solo bedtime reading or an inspiration for bedtime fun!
