I received the discreet parcel in the post and instantly felt excited about giving this a test drive. I opened the parcel to reveal the box. A very bold packaging showing what the product looks like, and listing all the features, with bold lettering of the branding "PDX" - this stands for "Pipedream Extreme", which this toy does live up to in so many ways.

The product itself is large and solid but not too big that it cannot be discreetly hidden. First you need to unwrap the lid and to reveal the screw top, which opens to the most realistic flesh like vagina I have ever laid my eyes on. So, after applying some of the included "Moist" lubricant, I managed to work myself inside and I couldn’t believe how real everything felt.
