    1. Product Description

A bright pink, semi-sheer mini dress with delicate lace trim to the bust and bottom. Super stretchy, this dress is form-fitting and will gently enhance your curves.

Great for nights out and evenings in, this dress is both luxurious lingerie and naughty club wear.

The body of the dress is made up of super-stretchy polka dot material that sensually clings to your figure.

The halter neck straps pull the dress taut, creating a clever slimming and lengthening effect.

Adorning the top and bottom, you'll find a strip of floral lace that adds a gentle and girly edge to the outfit.

    1. Polka dots, cute or sexy?

Reviewed: 21 November 2013 by m0l0t0v, a Straight Going Steady Male

The OH spotted this and hinted about it. After having a look I decided to surprise her with it.

After taking it out it looked TINY! However, it is very stretchy. The OH is a size 6-8 so can't comment on bigger sizes bud it did seem to stretch quite a bit just by pulling it.

In terms of fit, it looked perfect on her. Long enough to just cover everything and helped accentuate her curves.

I love seeing her in pink items and she looked really cute in it. She loves polka dots so it's a win win.

She said it felt really comfortable to wear and didn't have the issues of the neckline digging in like the other review.

She feels really sexy in it and I have to agree as she looks stunning in it. It has a tendency to ride up her bum when doing certain activities but I'm not complaining...

Material-wise, it's not the softest or smoothest but I still enjoyed running my hands all over her body, and certainly didn't notice any difference in feel with the polka dots.

I do think it is a bit pricey for what it is though. A lower price would make this a really good buy.

Also, wouldn't particular like the OH wearing it for a night out! Don't think she would either...

Unless the theme was underwear/bedroom attire and everyone was doing it...

      Looks, colour, comfortable.
      Bottom line
A nice bedroom dress/nightie, but a bit pricey!

    1. Cute but pricey

Reviewed: 11 September 2013 by littlebox, a Straight Going Steady Female

I was a bit sceptical as to whether the Music Legs Polka Dot Mini Dress was going to fit me or at least look flattering when I opened the package. The dress looked TINY, like something for a doll! Smaller than a size 4!

Thankfully, the material is reaaaaally stretchy and the dress slipped on nicely and hugged all the right curves. The description says that it fits a UK size 8-14 but to be honest, I really doubt a large size 12 would fit in it, let alone a 14! Having seen it on the girl on the website and also the girl on the packet, I thought there was no way it would look good on myself, me being a chub on the larger end of the size 10 scale, but I was wrong! It actually looks really nice and is super comfy.

It's a relief to get something pretty to wear that doesn't have an annoying underwired bra section in it that my boobs are too big for and still look flattering enough to wear without a bra. The dress is a halterneck which is an aspect of it that I really like because it has a sort of lifting effect on your boobs, always a bonus!

However, the material that the straps (are they called straps on a halterneck?) are made of is really quite scratchy and it only takes a couple of minutes of wearing the dress, no matter how loose you do it up, for it to start cutting in and making your neck sore. The main body of the dress is as I said before, made from really stretchy material and is a cute pale pink (slightly more vibrant than in the picture) with bold white spots all over.

The dots have obviously been printed onto the pink material and because of this some of them are scratching off already just from being in the packaging. They're also quite rough to the touch and don't feel very nice if someone is getting close to you according to my boyfriend. I was a bit disappointed with the lace trim at the bottom of the dress as it seems that the manufacturers had literally just cut a strip of lace, wrapped it round the bottom and sewed it into place leaving an un-joined,flappy part on one side.

For £18.99, I would expect a lot higher quality..but maybe I'm just picky! The dress is quite see-through and is very short, just skimming the bottom of my bum cheeks and the bottom of my... ahem! I would never wear this as a going out dress as it suggests in the description. I guess it would probably be some people's choice of outfit for going out but for those of us that don't like to look like we're going out in our underwear/nightwear/sexy lingerie then it definitely isn't a going out dress! This, for me, is 100% a nightie type thing to wear for my boyfriend. ;) Teamed with white, lace top hold ups..you can't go wrong!

All in all, the Music Legs Polka Dot Mini Dress is a very pretty, girly, flattering (on the right sizes) and comfortable choice in lingerie but I do think £18.99 is way,way too overpriced for the quality of it.

Colour, lace trim, halterneck, stretchy, comfy!
Not great quality, material cuts into neck.
      Bottom line
      Nice but overpriced.

    1. Looks great - but itchy

Reviewed: 24 April 2014 by OOOOHHHHH

Looks fantastic, hugs the body in all the right places. The colour, spot and cut is great, the sizing is spot-on.

But it feels itchy to the touch and to wear. Disappointing as everything else is great.

Unfortunately, it will not be worn again. Now found something similar that isn't itchy - but doesn't look as good!
